I've been to football with Osama Bin Laden!

- by Arthur Cheesecake
Yes, its true. I have gone to a football game with the Al-Qaeda leader and worlds most wanted man Osama Bin Laden.
Not that I knew it at the time. In fact I only found out a few months back. It pains me to say it, but Osama is actually an Arsenal fan.
The rumours in the papers said that he was often to be seen on the terraces of the South stand in the early 90's. Friends and collegues of Osama have been told about how very proud the 6'5 Saudi was when he saw his beloved Arsenal reach the final of the Cup Winners Cup final in 1994.

BBCs replacement for Angus Deayton?

It was the night of 13/4/94 - Arsenal vs Paris S.G. in the semi-final, second leg. We had won the first leg 1-0 (Ian Wright scoring). I remember this game in particular as the fans in the West stand (including myself) had to walk all around the stadium as the stewards wouldn't let us walk past the away fans entrance, which is right next to the home fans entrance. I got in just in time to see Kevin Campbell get an early goal to settle the tie.
Did I notice a very tall, Middle Eastern gentlemen with a turban anywhere? No. Did any other Arsenal fans? Probably. I wonder if the guy who sat behind him knew that the occupier of the seat that he had been kicking for the duration of the game now wants him and his children dead. Next time you see your son kicking the seat infront, for the sake of the Western World, stop him...
